What services do you offer?

We service and repair cars and other vehicles. We sell and service a range of new and used agricultural machinery and equipment. We also sell and source parts. Our major products are Deutz-Fahr tractors, Kioti tractors and machinery, and wide range Silvan and Silvan Selecta products. We also sell Giltrap, Antonio Carrero, Stihl, Burder, John Berends, Hustler Zero Turn Mowers, Cox Ride-On Mowers, Bushman Lawn Mowers and Schulte Sales Australia products.

How much can I expect to pay?

We are able to help you in regards to machinery and equipment by providing a quote on equipment to suit your needs. We offer very competitive pricing. If your question is vehicle service or repair related, then one of our other friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Can you pick up & drop off my car?

Yes, we are happy to arrange for pick-up and delivery depending on your location.

Do you have a car I can use while my car is being fixed?

We do have a courtesy car available. Please discuss this at the time of booking.

How much will the work on my vehicle cost?

We are able to provide you with a quote prior to working on your vehicle. The total cost will depend on labour, parts and other related costs to complete the work. If when we are working on your vehicle we come across additional work to be done then we will contact you and discuss this with you.

What sort of Guarantee do I get with my repair?

If we fail to fix the issue with your vehicle and the problem is the one which the car was brought in for originally then we are happy to rectify this without charging for labour. Sometimes... one issue may be fixed and then another one occurs which was not apparent. In this case, you would be required to pay for the extra work and parts. If a vehicle is not repaired to your satisfaction then you should return it immediately. Leaving it for a lengthy period of time is not appropriate in this case.

How do you fix (insert what you want fixed)?

The best way for us to answer this very general question is for you to bring your vehicle in for us to look at it. We are happy for you to bring your vehicle in to our qualified mechanics for diagnosis and repairs. Sometimes one problem may actually be hiding several others. Bringing your vehicle in is the safest and surest way for accurate diagnosis to be made and then repairs may be quoted.

Do you offer interest free terms?

No, we don't provide interest free terms. Most accounts will need to be settled on the day work is completed. Approved account customers will have a set period of time in which to pay their accounts. This is usually 30 days for business and 14 days for private customers. For the purchase of machinery we have credit providers available who are able to tailor packages in a variety of ways in an attempt to suit your requirements.

Do you have a Prepaid Service? What about Finance?

Sometimes when a vehicle requires major expense to repair it then part of the work may need to be prepaid. This is especially so if we are required to order in specialised parts. Any farm machinery orders will require a deposit to secure the order.
